How do I access my download after purchase?
On Gumroad, you'll receive an email immediately after purchase with a download link. The link is also available in your Gumroad library. On eBay, your CD-ROM will be shipped to your address via standard mail.
Do the guides work without internet?
Yes — 100% offline. Every guide is self-contained HTML with inline CSS and JavaScript. It works from your hard drive, a USB stick, or the original CD-ROM with no internet connection required. The interactive calculators all run locally in your browser.
What format are the guides in?
All guides are offline HTML files — open them in any web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). No special software required. They're delivered as ZIP files containing the complete guide folder. Extract and double-click index.html to get started.
What's your return / refund policy?
All digital downloads sold through Gumroad are final sale — no refunds. Because the file is delivered instantly and access cannot be revoked, all digital sales are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us through this page or via eBay messaging and we'll resolve it. Physical CD-ROM orders through eBay include all the same content and are covered under eBay's standard buyer protection.
I have an issue with my Gumroad download. Help?
Even though digital sales are final, we stand behind our products. If you have a technical issue — broken download, corrupt file, access problem — use the contact form on Gumroad or reach us through eBay messaging. We'll make it right. Alternatively, the same content is available as a physical CD-ROM on eBay if you'd prefer a backup copy.
